  • FREE SHIPPING in Spain for all the graphic work ans collections in stock.

  • BUYING CONDITIONS

    • Price in euros (€).

  • The VAT is not included in the price.

  • You will receive the bill with the package.

  • For any other way of payment, please contact us by phone or mail. 

  • SHIPPING CONDITIONS

    • Fast shipping by TRANSPORT AGENCY (engravings and collections)

    • (Delivery from 1 to 3 days for all the pieces in stock)
      The pieces are sent in a rigid folder to assure that it arrives in good conditions.

  • MAIL shipping (DVD N de Negri) (The Post Service does not guarantee delivery time) Aproximately 1 week.

  • Pick up personally the piece in Tinta Invisible - c/ Lleó núm. 6 baixos 08001 de Barcelona.

      • You can pick up your piece once you have received the confirmation via mail.

  • Immediate delivery of the acquired work and payment in situ.

  • GUARANTEES AND RETURN

    • If any piece is defectice we will replace it without additional cost.

  • If one or more articles from an order can't be delivered past 20 days, we will cancel the order, previous notification. (Except if you say the opposite)

  • If you want to cancel an order, totally or partially, you can do it any moment.

  • If you are not satisfied with your order we will give your money back if you ask for it between the first 15 days, counting from the day you received the package. The payment will be done by bank transfer to the account you indicate, once we have received your package back and checked that all the content is in good conditions.
